Terms of Service

1. What Pond is

Pond is a private members' app operated for the benefit of clubs and their members. By using Pond you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

Access to a club on Pond is by invitation. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. One person, one account — please don't share logins.

3. How to behave

Pond is meant for warm, respectful introductions between members. Don't harass, spam, scrape, impersonate, or use Pond to sell things to other members without their consent. Clubs may set their own house rules in addition to these terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into Pond — your profile, interests, messages. You give us a limited licence to host and display it to other members of your club so the service can work. You can edit or remove your content at any time.

5. Suspension

We or your club admin may suspend or remove your access if you break these terms or your club's rules. We'll try to be fair and tell you why.

6. No warranty

Pond is provided "as is". We do our best to keep things working and private, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or perfectly suited to what you want to do with it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
